To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Just diagnosed with BC Hi, my name is Chris. I’m a 56-year old male who just had his bladder cancer confirmed yesterday. I am scheduled for TURB tomorrow. My initial symptom was hematuria and after an IVP and urine cytology it was determined that I had urothelial carcinoma cells in my urine. The cystoscope I had yesterday showed four tumors. Thus, tomorrow they will hopefully be removed and I can get on the road to recovery. I’ve read the personal stories on this site, and I am so very encouraged by the strength and dignity of those who shared their stories. I needed to hear from others just who have gone through and are going through what I am now, and to get a better perspective of just what I am dealing with. Thank you all, and God Bless you all!
