To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Richard’s Story At the age of 37, Richard was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer Nov 30, 2006. He first complained of stomach cramps, after being treated for a stomach virus and screened for everything under the sun, the doctor decided to do a colonoscopy where they discovered a blockage. He was rushed into emergency surgery where it was determined he had stage 3 Colon Cancer he underwent Chemotherapy for 6 months only to discover he had a 6 inch tumor in his rectum. On July 31, 2007 he had his rectum removed and now has a colostomy bag. He was told recently, his cancer is in stage 4. He has microscopic tumors in his liver and the metastasis process has started.
