To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Colon Cancer, Colonoscopy Seven years ago my wife’s routine colonoscopy revealed two polops, which were removed. During the past seven years she was urged to return for a colonoscopy. She never did; she didn’t like the fluid she had to drink as part of the prep. Because she is a diabetic, the simpler one or two pill prep was not available for her. In November 2007 she was diagnosed as having Stage 4 colon cancer that has metatstised [metastasized] to her lung. This coming Friday she will undergo colon resection because of bowel obstruction. And then..we can continue chemotherapy And all because she didn’t want to drink a few quarts of prep liquid! Comments
