grandfather refuses treatment

i’m a grandaughter of a 77 yr. old grandfather who was just diagnosed w/ colon cancer stage 2 last week. though he’s been diabetec [diabetic] for most of his life, his 12 children and tons of grandchildren never expected this.

what makes matters worse is that he refuses to have surgery to remove the tumor and is a Jehova witness who refuses blood. we don’t even think he will want to do chemo/radiation treatment.

i don’t live near him and it’s so sad to not be able to be there w/ him during this time. we are staying positive and praying an alternate healing power, God, will cure him from this cancer.
