To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Esophagus Cancer stage 3 My husband had stomach pains for years. He was treated for acid reflux, nexium wasn’t helping so he went back to the Dr who said he had a virus and gave him an antibiotic. That didn’t help so he gave him a pain medicine. He never did a test of any kind to determine his problem. We went to 30 sessions of radiation therapy and 6 weeks of chemotherapy Both made him so sick . He couldn’t be more misreable. If he can get stronger and gain weight they might be able to do the surgery. He is living with a feeding tube. It has been 2 weeks since therapy ended and he is still weak, dizzy and throws up constantly. The only solution the Dr’s have is to take more anti nausea and pain drugs. I don’t know if it is better to hope he can have surgery or not. I have heard so many negative things about surgery, but I don’t know how he can continue like he is. Comments
