To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Leukemia (ALL) I was a healthy 29 year old female. I actually thought I was pregnant. I had fatigue, nausa and a few brusies but I thought I was low in iron from the few brusies. I went to my doctor and we ran blood test and 2 days later my doctor called me while I was at work and said I needed to leave immediatly and go have more blood work done. My life from that day has forever been changed. I was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) on May 3, 2007. I am in remission now but I am doing lots of chemo and spinal punctures and the doctors are thinking about doing a round of radation before my Transplant. God blessed me and my brother is my complete match. Some days are better than others you know it’s the roller coaster cancer one day up and the next down. I think the hardest part for me is all the steroids that I have to take and I am always wide eyed and eating. I take tons of other meds but it’s for fighting infections. I’m full of faith and ready to take on whatever god has planned for me. There was no sugar coating from day 1 with my doctors and they told me it would be a long road at least 6 months to a year to get 100% and I am okay with it…god is with me and he blessess me each and every day. God is good! Comments
