To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Waiting on Results I’m a 29 y.o mother of 3 young kids. I’ve smoked for 13 years. During a CT scan last week they discovered 2 nodules on my lungs. One is 1/4 of an inch and the other is a lil bigger than that. I went in yesterday for a Chest CT scan. This has been the toughest thing in my life. Waiting for someone to say you’ll be ok or possibly hearing “You have Lung Cancer” I immediately quit smoking. It’s surprisingly easy once something like this is dumped in your lap. Everyone around me is thinking positive, and some refuse to even say the word Cancer. I’m having a roller coaster ride of emotions, and find it difficult to be optimistic. It really puts things into perspective. Young ppl think they’re invincible. We’re not. Smoking is NOT worth what it’s putting so many ppl through. I hope through this I can save others from keeping themselves out of harm’s way. This is horrifying. Comments
