I have been dealing with Lymphoma for nearly 2 years now. Went into remission in Sept 2007. Have been on a Study Research Program since October 2007. It has been over 16 months now and no further cancer has shown up.

I am having a Pet Scan every 3 months along with MRI as part of the study which is all paid for by the providing research company. At the time I was diagnosed the Doctors had no hope for me surving and told me and my family to prepare. As the cancer consumed nearly all my liver.

I would recommend that anyone who has an opporunity to be part of a study to do so. These studies may not save our lives but may save the life of a loved one in the future. My next Scans are coming up shortly and of course I am looking forward to positive results. We must continue to think positive at all times during treatment. I have one of the best Doctors I could possibly have treating me for this Lymphoma. A man who tells it like it is.
