    On January 18, 2008 I taught kindergarten as I had for the last 21 years. However, I had a doctors appt. at the end of the day due to a blood test which I had taken the day before.     My father was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was discovered (very early) by the Grace of God as his physician was testing for other health issues but was keen enough to spot something suspicious in the pancreas tail(as opposed to the head which is more complicated). [more..]
