    I do not see a lot of stories posted but hopefully that will increase. I am not sure where to turn. I am 38, my mom is 59. She smokes and was diagnosed with COPD & emphysema approx. 4 years ago. Her mother died of lung cancer and still refuses to quit smoking. [more..]

    I started smoking at 16 and finally quit at 49. I calculated the number of cigarettes smoked to be ~400,000 give or take. That’s a lot of smoking and as a result, I now have moderately severe COPD [chronic obstructive pulmonary disease]. [more..]
