The cunning ciggarette !

by: RSH on Wed, Feb 13 2008

Quitting smoking is easy somebody said ! and he also said he has done it many times ! Jokes apart quitting smoking is tough and tougher is not quitting. I tried and at at last am getting rid of this nasty thing it was real tough , I would automtically reach for a smoke , and also keep imagining oh! now a ciggarette wil be great ! and suddenly rememeber that I have quit. Most importantly there is nothing like ‘Just ‘ one after a meal , OR just one when I am tense , there is nothing called ‘Just once’ , there is just nothing NO SMOKING come what may even if you die not smoking it is going to be less painfull ! So all friends who plan to quit do it now and reach for the ciggarette again come what may ! PLEASE DO NOT DESTROY THE WONDERFUL BODY GOD HAS GIVEN YOU ! THE BODY IS IRREPLACABLE ,
