To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Help With Quitting Smoking I think quitting smoking was the best thing I could do. Yes it was hard but worth it. Heres a little help, When I quit I used the patch but had the problem of wanting to smoke still. I found a doctor who told me to try smoking green herbal tea. I was like no way, then I decided to try it. It did not taste good but it helped with the want to smoke. The best thing about it is it is not that bad for you as tea is all herbal, no added ingredients, gives a small high from the caffine and cheaper then smoking. I would not reccomend getting addicted to it. But having a couple a day helped me and after two weeks I stopped using the tea and quit for good. I have been quit for almost two years now. Blair.
