Me and my husband just found out he has Gastric cancer he is in a stage 2we found out it was out it was cancer about 2months ago We went to are famley because he was vomiting, pain in abdomen, and weight loss.Could not hold down food the the doctors was thing it was a ulcer. And then thay took a cat scan and thay did not find it but thay did find it in the uper GI scop thay took.

After thay found it thay did the surgery and it took them 3 weaks to find the pathology report that showed it to be a stage 2. but thay did not tell us till his JP drainage tube were out he still feels the same if not sicker still feels nauseated vomiting, pain in abdomen so the symptoms are still the same as thay were be for he hade the surgery only now he is in real bad pain and thay got him on TPN IV for 3 months thay do not went him eating food at all.Now thay are runing a lot for test to see if thay can begins chemo and radiation in a few days. But we find out every day that just when it starts to look up he is back in the hospital like to daywitch slows thing up like seting him up for the chemo and radiation its hard for us some times to keep a positive attitude when thing are going so slow and us haveing the fear of this metastasized it is all ready in some of the lymph nodes
